1 cup of Almond Milk with chia seeds (Soak 1tsp of Chia seeds overnight in Almond Milk)

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp of Cacao powder

2 Scoops of Protein Powder OPTIMUM NUTRITION Whey & Oats Protein Powder http://a.co/d/cPta9dS

Salt

2Tbsp of Sunflower Seeds

8 -10 Raw Almonds or 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
