U KNOW THE REASON HOW U CAME TO LOOK LIKE THIS SO IT'S SIMPLE. U TURN AROUND AND U START WALKING BACK THAT SAME WAY U CAME!! U WERE NOT BORN FAT.
U DID THIS TO YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY!!
BECOME REALISTIC AND TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR AND PROTEST. SAY IT!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH I'M TAKING CONTROL BACK!! BE TOUGH!!
I do not believe that you HAVE to exercise while you are trying to lose weight. And when I say EXERCISE I mean joining a gym and start going crazy with weights and everything else. MOST FAT people feel very self conscious and THAT ENVIRONMENT is not good. U will get there. BUT FIRST THINGS FIRST. WALK!!! WE ALL WALK DON'T WE?
These are TWO very huge goals u are trying to achieve. You want to first kickstart the one and then slowly introduce the other. U ARE GOING TO NEED SOME SORT OF MOTIVATION and THAT MOTIVATION is going to be those pouns that u lose. When U CAN SEE CHANGE YOU'LL WANT TO DO MORE FOR YOURSELF!! By trying to achieve both at the same time and FEEL u are not making any progress u most LIKELY will throw in the towel.
You start with what you are eating. Once you CAN SEE THE RESULTS of how it ACTUALLY WORKS, NOW THAT will motivate you to WANT TO start exercising. When u start losing weight you WILL start feeling better about yourself, and in return are you MUCH MORE MOTIVATED to WANT TO DO MORE. However, by trying to tackle both of these things at the SAME time is not good.

Go to the pharmacy and buy red lipstick. WRITE ON YOUR MIRROR IN THE BATHROOM......

You will look back in a weeks time and think "SHIT I'VE MADE IT THROUGH THIS WEEK AND IT WAS TOUGH, AND IF I COULD MAKE IT THROUGH THIS WEEK THEN I CAN MAKE IT THROUGH TWO WEEKS AND A MONTH LATER U WILL SAY "FUCK I'M SO HAPPY I STARTED!! JUST LOOK AT WHAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN SUCH A SHORT TIME!! U ARE ON YOUR WAY AND NOTHING BUT NOTHING CAN STOP U CAUSE U HAVE CONQUERED YOUR EGO!!!
