Let's get "CEREAL"






Over the years, cereal has been promoted as the perfect morning meal, filled with vitamins, fiber and nutrients. While some of this is true, it is important to also highlight that cereal contains high amounts of sugar and sodium.


Perhaps the most intriguing part of this concern is that the unhealthy elements of cereal are not hidden from consumers. Everyday, while people read the back of the cereal box they completely miss the high calorie count and carb content.

A great replacement for a bowl of commercial cereal are fruits and oats. Fruit shakes with a scoop of whey powder can also serve as a healthier alternative to today's popular cereal brands.
