Breakfast Shake

2 Cups of Coconut water

1 Red Beet with the skin or Organic Beet Root Powder http://a.co/d/3tQ5JRV1

1/2 Banana Ripe with skin

1 hand of Blueberries

1 hand of Fresh Fennel (U can also use fennel Powder http://a.co/d/g0mw65L1

1 hand of Raw Spinach

1 hand of Raw Kale

Stalk of Celery

Fresh Mint

Fresh Basil

1 scoop SUPER GREENS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002BHSKAC/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_UB68CbA6DM6FY

1 tsp of Tumeric http://a.co/d/718OmBr

Fill up with water


I freeze all the Fruit and vegetables and use them as needed.

This shake should last you for almost a week.
