16 OZ Wild Alaskan Salmon with the skin removed
Add any spices you like....I normally use a mixture of thyme, dried basil, blackened Cajun Spice and Adobo by Goya to season my salmon http://a.co/d/eXZyJvu
Bake in the oven at 345 F (170 C) for 20 min
