1 cup of Protein mix 14 grams protein, just add water.
1 cup of Protein mix 18 grams protein, just add 1/3 cup of milk.
1 cup of Protein mix 21 grams protein, add 1/3 cup of milk and an egg.
Finish of with sliced banana and strawberries or Almond Butter
Maple Syrup or Honey to taste
