SNACK TIME!!

2 Quaker Rice Cakes, Lightly Salted

1 mashed Avocado

2 Tblsp of Breakstone's Large Curd 2% Milkfat Cottage Cheese

Mash the avo and spread in equal parts onto your 2 Rice Cakes.

Add 1 tblsp of Cottage cheese on each Rice cake and spread on top of the Avo

Add the 2 poached eggs

Salt and Pepper to taste



Simple breakfast or Snack is an avocado, sliced in half, with a poached or baked egg in each half. Depending on the size of the ingredients, this is about 400 to 500 calories.

It's nutrient-dense, with approximately 17 grams of protein, 34 grams of fat, and 13 grams of carbs.

Avocados are a good source of folate and potassium especially from free-range chickens, and pack B vitamins and lutein, which are good for your eyes.

Both also have a lot of vitamin E, which is important for your immune system.
