High Protein Bean Salad

1 can Red Kidney beans drained and washed

1 can White Beans drained and washed

1 cup of Edamame http://a.co/d/3uRqVGr1

Yellow Pepper

1 Red Pepper

Chives (Optional)

EVOO

Goya All Purpose seasoning Salt

Pepper


Add the Beans and Edamame in a bowl.

Chop the peppers into small pieces

Chop the chives

Mix everything together with 2 tbls Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper

Chill
